At Ashimary Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or wig, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the hair is in its original state—unwashed, uncut, and with tags attached—then pack it securely in the original packaging.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated return warehouse address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
